As we get closer to election day, I'm noticing how easy it is to get caught in the spiral of what we can't control. The late-night poll checking. The endless scenario planning. The feeling of powerlessness.

Today's practice offers a simple but powerful tool I've been using to navigate these moments. Using three circles, we map out what's in our control, what we can influence, and what's truly beyond our control.

This isn't about caring less or disengaging - it's about focusing our energy where it can have the most impact. Sometimes the most regulated response is simply remembering where our true agency lies.

While I'm sharing this in the context of election stress, I find myself returning to this tool whenever uncertainty feels overwhelming - whether it's organizational change, global events, or personal transitions. It's become one of my go-to practices for finding ground in unsteady times.

Take care and see you tomorrow.
